SMS Terms & Conditions

The Trustfirst Properties messaging program is operated by Trustfirst Properties, LLC. These terms cover the optional SMS programs offered through our contact form.
Program descriptions
- Property inquiry and transaction texts: responses to questions, requested property information, appointment coordination, and updates on a transaction you are discussing with us.
- Property offers and marketing texts: recurring messages about potential cash offers to purchase your property and follow-ups about your interest in selling. These may use automated technology.
You may select either category, both, or neither. Consent to one category does not enroll you in the other.
How you enroll
Enter your own U.S. mobile number and select the corresponding optional checkbox on our contact form, then submit the form. The checkboxes are unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone, visiting this website, or appearing in public or purchased records is not an SMS opt-in.
Consent is specific to Trustfirst Properties, LLC, the number you submit, and the category you select. It is not transferred to another company. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, offer, or service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the number provided.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, conversation, and selected program. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge an additional SMS program fee. Your wireless provider's charges may apply.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will stop further program texts to that number, except a single confirmation of your opt-out. You may also request removal by calling or emailing us. We honor other clear requests to stop messaging. Re-enrollment requires a new affirmative opt-in and any steps required by the messaging provider; submitting another inquiry alone does not cancel an earlier opt-out.

Delivery and carriers
Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Let us know if you change or relinquish your number so we can update our records.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to support our messaging program. Read our Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention, and contact details.
